The two memory devices to remember for the Bass are similar to the Treble Clef and equally simple: All Cows Eat Grass - for the spaces and Good Boys Do Fine Always - for the lines |
Just like the Treble Clef, figuring out the notes above or below the staff is as easy as knowing your abc's. The Bass Clef clearly illustrates the fact that the notes climb up the staff in alphabetical order from A-G and then repeats. I've also included notes that are commonly seen that are good to know. |
